Court of Appeal decision overturning a decision of the AIT concerning the interpretation of section 84(1)(g) of the Nationality Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.  Simon Murray was appointed by the Attorney General to act as the friend of the court (Amicus) in order to support the position taken by the AIT.
