Summary:

Gamble(1) Gamble(2) v Cresswell Cuttle & Dyke Limited


Summary:

Acting as junior counsel for a firm of architects in a claim brought in Guernsey. The claimants make various allegations of breach against the architect regarding the design of the building and the exercise of contract administration duties. The architect counterclaimed against the claimants and a third party, the builder. Nicola assisted in drafting the defence, third party claim and a rejoinder (still a common feature of Guernsey civil litigation)
